AN 18-year-old man appeared before Luton Magistrates Court charged with the murder of a 15-year-old girl today (June 14).
Andrew Hall from Robin Close in Flitwick was brought into the courtroom with his left hand and forearm heavily bandaged, a sign of injuries sustained in the incident which killed Megan-Leigh Peat on Saturday.
Mr Hall did not speak to the court but was visibly shaking and close to tears,
Nine friends and family also attended court to support the Luton-born Stoke City Academy player.
The case was adjourned and Mr Hall will appear before Luton Crown Court on June 26.
He remains in custody and no application for bail was permitted.
