Woodrow thrilled with Three Lions debut
PROUD Cauley Woodrow was delighted to make a goalscoring England U17 debut with a fabulous volley, writes Mark Wood.
The 16-year-old Luton starlet marked his Three Lions bow with a brilliant strike in the first game of the Algarve Tournament last week to earn England a 1-1 draw against Romania.
On the goal Woodrow said: “To get the goal was a great feeling. It is of course great to score a goal but as it was on my England debut it was my favourite ever.”
