A LUTON dad was lucky enough to win all of the food for his Jubilee celebrations from Iceland.
The retailer held a competition in each store to give a customer £250 worth of free Iceland food, plus all of the goodies to hold a big Diamond Jubilee bash.
David Hare, 51, was Luton’s winner, and hosted his party at his local, The Bricklayers Arms in High Town.
The staunch royalist, who camped out for Charles and Diana’s wedding, sported a Union Jack suit in line with his party’s theme of patriotic fancy dress.
Alison Laverick from Iceland said: “We are delighted that David was the winner of the competition from Luton store, and was able to throw a fantastic Jubilee party.
“As one of the UK’s leading high street retailers, we wanted to give something back to the local community.
“It’s great that David was able to host his own Jubilee party and invite all his friends and family to come and celebrate with him.”
