TWO men have been charged with robbery and the possession of an imitation firearm after an incident in Luton on Wednesday (May 23).
Nicholas Mitchell, 42 from London and Mohammed Parvaiz Khan, 27, from St Ethelberts Avenue in Luton were both charged in connection with the incident which happened in the car park at Papa John’s Pizza.
Both appeared before Luton Magistrates Court this morning.
Det Serg Chris Beresford, who is leading this investigation, is still keen to trace anyone who saw the incident and has yet to speak with the police.
