A CARDINAL Newman pupil who claims she can’t sing or dance but is good at ‘bossing people around’ has made a stash of cash for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Junior charity champ Sarah Atayero, 17, of Leagrave raised £1,300 from ‘Teens with Talent,’ an event she organised at the school where she’s studying psychology, biology, German and geography.

The sum is set to be doubled by Barclays Bank after an impressed employee attended the show.

Sarah said: “I designed posters, presented assembles and sold wristbands to get people involved.

“The support and appreciation was fantastic and people were so generous with donations.”

The event was laced with facts and figures about the charity and showcased the school’s talented singers, dancers, bands and instrumentalists.

Sarah became interested in The Teenage Cancer Trust when she joined as a volunteer.

But in spite of her soaraway success as an entertainment entrepreneur, future charity activities will be limited to fun runs and sponsored races.

“I need to start studying to pass my exams,” she admitted.
