A RESIDENTIAL property management company based in Luton has won a brace of accolades.
OM Property Management’s 124-strong customer service team, headed by Tracey McCabe, won the Customer Service Award at trade paper News on the Block’s annual Property Management Awards.
For 11 years Tracey has set out to improve the company’s customer service. She has received plaudits from across the business for her leadership skills and for introducing a new 12 week training programme.
