A HUGE Eid celebration is coming to Luton’s Stockwood Park this weekend.
1 EID’s A Winter’s Eid takes place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday and entry is free.
The event, the second of its kind following a celebration which attracted around 10,000 people to the park in September, will feature live entertainment, an ice skating rink, exibitions, a fun fair, Jumu’a prayer and Eid prayer.
Billed as the largets outdoor Eid celebration in Europe, the event is expected to draw its largest crowd on Sunday with activities running from 9am until 9pm.
Celebrations will take place on both Friday and Saturday between noon and 9pm.
